Pricing/Estimation Engineers

Job Title: Estimation / Pricing Engineer – Construction Finishing WorksKey Responsibilities1. Tender and Estimation Preparation• Review and analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications for finishing works(e.g., painting, plastering, tiling, ceilings, joinery, partitions, flooring, etc.).• Prepare detailed quantity take-o􀆯s and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) in accordance with projectrequirements.• Identify material, labor, equipment, and subcontracting needs for each project.• Develop and submit cost estimates, quotations, and bid proposals in line with deadlines.2. Pricing and Cost Analysis• Prepare cost breakdowns and pricing summaries for management review.• Analyze cost variations and propose value engineering options for cost e􀆯iciency.Qualifications and SkillsEducation:Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or related field.Experience:• 5+ years of experience in estimation or pricing within a construction finishing or interior fitoutcompany. Age Maximum 35 years.• Proven experience in preparing estimates for finishing works (painting, gypsum, flooring,partitions, joinery, etc.).Technical Skills:• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit & MS Excel, and estimation software.• Strong knowledge of construction materials, finishes, and market pricing.• Familiar with tendering procedures and contract documents (FIDIC preferred).• Good written & Spoken English is essential, as Interview will be in English.
